Armstrong taught Education courses from 1927 until her retirement in 1963 as the longest serving member of the Division of Professional Education. Armstrong's most significant contribution to Michigan State was serving on its governing body, the State Board of Agriculture (now MSU Board of Trustees) from 1944 to 1954.

Armstrong Hall is chill. The rooms are a nice size. 3 people is a squeeze but its doable. As a comp sci major, your classes will be kinda far if they're in the engineering building but any classes in south neighborhood will just be a relatively short walk away, about 15 mins or less. A large portion of the engineering majors live in South tho.
